For nearly twenty years, we have partnered with governments, donors, other implementers and the private sector to transform how healthcare is delivered, through more efficient health systems, empowered health workers, innovative health programs, and digital transformation of healthcare operations to make a greater impact. We collaborate with our colleagues within Vantage Health Technologies to deliver high impact technology enabled solutions.

BroadReach has partnered with the Gates Foundation on various programs throughout the years. We are currently collaborating regionally in West Africa on maternal and child health and on cross-border immunization solutions between Kenya and Uganda.

Through this partnership we offer joint informatics solutions, powered by AI, synthesizing managerial, operational and other types of social and economic data. These state-of-the-art tools will help US healthcare payers and providers optimize health outcomes and organizational effectiveness at scale, while allowing for customization.
The organizations use their complementary capabilities to deliver value in the USA. RTI brings health research and data science capabilities to the partnership while BroadReach delivers best-in-class direct implementation experience and technology solutions through its Vantage Health Technologies unit.
PEPFAR
The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) is the largest commitment by any nation to address a single disease in history, enabled by strong bipartisan support across nine U.S. congresses and three presidential administrations, and through the American people's generosity.
PEPFAR leverages the power of partnerships and innovation across multiple sectors, reaches the populations that are most affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic. BroadReach has been a proud recipient of PEPFAR funding since 2006 across various HIV prevention and treatment awards. Currently, we are implementing the USAID Accelerating Program Achievement to Epidemic Control (APACE) program within two provinces in South Africa.

access.mobile is dedicated to improving health access, equity and outcomes offering cross-cultural mobile solutions for intelligent engagement. They apply behavioural science and evidence-based clinical content in preferred mobile channels to reduce costs and drive health outcomes.
Vantage Health Technologies has therefore partnered with access.mobile to build powerful patient engagement solutions using our complementary skillsets of data analytics and patient engagement. Through Vantage’s AI-engine key patient data can be prioritised. Access.mobile then uses this information to target these key groups with personalised messaging to encourage health seeking behaviour.
To date we have collaborated in BroadReach Health Technologies to help retain their HIV patients in treatment and in various programs within the USA.

USAID's work advances U.S. national security and economic prosperity, demonstrates American generosity, and promotes a path to recipient self-reliance and resilience.
BroadReach has partnered with USAID on numerous awards over the past twenty years. We have worked on numerous HIV and TB treatment programs, regional data innovation initiatives and multiple disease specific programs throughout Africa. For example, we are currently one of the largest implementing partners in South Africa for their PEPFAR funded Accelerating Program Achievement to Epidemic Control (APACE) program.
